Finding an off topic scene with some thoughts…

Years ago, I saw a mainstream scene online where a hot woman dressed in a sexy nurse uniform was strangled by a blonde with a telephone cord when she is calling for help. I believe the “nurse” was trapped in some sort of facility with some other people? And the blonde was supervising them?
Ok, I have forgotten the series name for years but someone just posted a screenshot on Bilibili, which brought up my memory. Mainstream USB scenes I’ve seen have never involved such hot nurse uniform, “Zoolander 2001” could have been the one but was a missed opportunity. So I always thought this could be a perfect scene if the attack was for uniform stealing purposes. I’ve attached the link to the screenshot, please let me know if you recognize anything.
