She is found around 12:40. I think she is dead but I am not sure.

Ah, good catch. I missed that.
I don't think she's dead. Based on the people's reactions when she's discovered, they think she's been killed, but then the guy checks for a pulse and says to call an ambulance (or something), implying she's still alive.
