Jill Valentine was sprinting through the now abandoned police station. Zombies had overrun Raccoon City, but she hoped she could maybe find backup in the station! Someone had to have survived, it couldn't just be her!
Running up the stairs she made her way towards the library. The doors downstairs were blocked off but she hoped she could lockpick the door and make it to the STARS office that way. It unnerved her how quiet everything was but she kept going. She couldn't stop now while she was still alive, still able to stop, or at least escape this madness!
Just as she made it to the door, her heart plummeted to her stomach as she heard a gun trigger click. She made to turn around but it was too late, a voice rang out around the station hall,
"Hands where I can see them, right now!"
It was a woman's voice, which surprised her, but knowing not to mess around with a perp with a gun, Jill slowly lifted her arms. She figured this was just some desperate civilian, or maybe another cop suspicious of her civilian clothes? In any case, she hoped they could talk this out. She tried to turn around but again the voice shouted,
"Don't move! No sudden movements!"
It was strange, Jill recognised that voice...
"Listen," she said, "let's talk about this!"
"Shut up! I don't know who or what you are, but you need to shut up right now!"
Who or what?! Jill was confused, why would she not know what she was?
Raising her arms slowly, she also began to turn her head a little, turning her eyes back so as not to upset the mysterious woman. What she saw left her stunned!
It was...her! Jill Valentine! Dressed in her STARS uniform with her badge and everything! She had her lucky beret, even hairstyle...this couldn't be real! She didn't look...exactly like her, her face was a little different, but everything else?! It was her!
"What the fuck are you!?" her doppelganger shouted,
"I could ask you the same question!" Jill risked,
"Shut up! For all I know you're another one of Umbrella's monsters! A freak grown in a lab!"
"How do you know you're the real Jill!?" Jill shouted back, "Maybe you're a lab freak and they imprinted my memories in you!"
"Don't you dare, Umbrella spy! Don't mess with my head!"
"Well we're at an impasse! We can't both be Jill Valentine!"
"Ugh...you're right."
Jill breathed a sigh of relief. They appeared to have reached some kind of understanding.
"Strip."
Jill almost span around but caught herself at the last second,
"WHAT!?"
"If you really are me," the other Jill reasoned, "they'll be details on your body that only the real Jill would have!"
"How the hell does that work?" Jill cried, "If that's the case you'd have to strip too to compare!"
"One step at a time..." the other Jill replied coyly, "besides, whether you are the real Jill or not, this will still work as a strip search. You're a suspected spy of Umbrella!"
Jill tried to speak but the other Jill clicked her gun trigger menacingly,
"Inspection first, then we'll talk..."

Shrugging her pants down, Jill Valentine's face turned beetroot red. Here she was, in the police station, her workplace, being forced to strip by a woman who was, for all intents and purposes, her! It was unbelievable! It was bad enough not knowing what this other Jill was (or the more terrifying thought that perhaps SHE, and not the other Jill, was the clone) but to be forcibly stripped as well.
"Underwear too," the other Jill commanded coldly, gun pointed directly at her chest,
"Oh come on!" Jill whined, "surely you can just inspect my body in my underwear?"
"Get everything off!" her doppelganger demanded, "you're no different to any other perp!"
Jill couldn't argue with that. If this woman was the real Jill, then she could understand her caution. If she was in her position she'd be doing the same thing. Okay, maybe she wouldn't be making her take all her clothes off, but she'd certainly want to disarm her clone and figure out who was the real Jill.
As she pulled down her panties, she shuddered at the thought that she could just be a clone. Was that even possible?! When she'd ventured into the mansion she'd been knocked out by that traitor Wesker and locked in a cell, having to be humiliatingly rescued by Chris Redfield! Wesker could have taken her DNA sample then and Umbrella could have created her in a lab, but then they would have needed to plant her somewhere in Raccoon City that she would recognise. Was that even possible? She had woken up at her office desk one evening, could that have been when they placed her?!
She shook her head. She was the real Jill, she had to be!
When she was stood back up and began unbuttoning her shirt, she noticed the other Jill was already eyeing her body intently, specifically looking down at her crotch.
"Hey, eyes up here!" she spat. The other Jill blinked, looking disconcerted,
"You have a scar on your inner left thigh..."
"Yeah?" Jill replied puzzledly, "from a cycling accident when I was a kid!"
"No, I mean, you do have it," the other Jill clarified, "it's there!"
"Exactly! Because I'm the real Jill!" Jill cried. The other Jill couldn't hide her expression of fear, but then raised her gun again,
"Keep going. We're not done here."
( to be continued, I am pretty sure )
