This story is from a magazine (not a comic book), so I don't think the full issue is available on the usual sites.

It's from a humor story called "A Comic Book Too Far." The heroine is transported into the DC universe. She knocks out Catwoman and steals her costume.

My favorite issue was the spotlight on X-Force from 1991.
