The heroines need to infiltrate a palace as part of some scheme, so they kidnap a pair of maids and steal their clothes. The actual mugging isn't shown, but we do see the maids tied up (while still wearing their uniforms) as the women discuss their plans.

The woman is trying to interrogate the maids - "If you lie, I'll throw you to the dogs." Beyond that, the dialogue is mostly expositional, relating to the plot of the episode.

Just English. But thankfully it's easy to filter Chinese subtitles through Google Translate.
