In this scene, Adriana and her friend arrive at the airport, but are joined by the boyfriend. So Adriana runs away and her partner suggests she dress up as a stewardess. In the next scene, she is in disguise and very sexy in stewardess uniform

Naaah, it's impossible: it would have taken too long for something like this and she has to hurry to change. Moreover, apparently the advertising is from 2000, the technology was not that advanced. Trust me, it's a USB scene of course
