I can't remember who, but a member was recently saying of how they'd like to see this again, and it seems I've found it by complete accident.

A special forces (I think) woman hand gags a harem girl and pulls her off screen so she can steal her clothing to get into an enemy camp. Sadly no aftermath is shown.

Thanks for posting this! It was on the playlist that was lost from the chinese site way back, and became a holy grail scene for me ever since.
I had too much time to imagine where things went after the scene, so of course the full movie didn't live up to it lol.
Great to check off a lost scene though!
