A female villain plans to poison someone's drink at a town event. To do this, she incapacitates the waitress who serves the drinks and steals her uniform.

Starts at 8:30, disguise at 10:20. The real waitress is found (partly redressed) at 12:15.

The "full figured" waitress was kind of cute.
It would've been perfect if she was discovered unconscious, dressed in just her underwear.
