Nice find indeed.
The "real" maid getting chloroformed was very awesome.
I can imagine the half naked and unconscious maid being hastily hidden behind some nearby bushes.
Any luck of a translation?

After mugging the real maid, the girl says something like "I have to take care of some unfinished business in this house."
