All she needs to do, is grab that girl, with the black skirt, by the neck.
Applies a little pressure, knocks her out. Strips her naked, takes her clothes. Problem solved.
Could be worth a story.

I think in this case it's the old Terminator strategem. Exactly. In that scene, Miranda sees the singer in the red dress. She wants it, the singer has it, Miranda needs it, she kills the singer takes her dress.
Has, wants, needs, takes. The four cornerstones of any fem/fem clothes/uniform stealing scenario.
