An old series where a heroine fights a female terrorist. It cuts away and the terrorist is later found disguised in the heroine's outfit. I have no idea what the exact context or what happened to the real heroine, but maybe someone can find the rest of the scene.

i think some1 with a billibilli account can login and use google translate and see the comments beneath asking what movie/tv series it is from and the replys mind you billbili (chinese youtube) seems to have a few scenes lol

I found the full episode (with English dub) and it is indeed a USB scene.
This is from a show called Super Rescue Solbrain, episode 11. The heroine is knocked out (offscreen) during a fight, and the villainess switches clothes and uses a facemask to impersonate her, while the heroine is kidnapped.
The fight is at 6:30. Disguise at 7:45. The heroine is shown imprisoned (and partly redressed in her attacker's clothes) at 11:00.

I enjoyed the entire episode, TP3.
I noticed the villainess even stole the heroine's pantyhose too. That's great.
Old Japanese Tv series are awesome.
I grew up watching Ultraman, Space Giants, Johnny Sakko And His Flying Robot & Spectreman.
I only wish Zone Fighter was broadcast on American TV. It's set in the Showa era Godzilla universe.
Godzilla and some others actually guest star in a few episodes.
