Uniform Stealing Board

Google is no help. It was a poser rendered CGI comic of a spy dressed in a tight, form fitting military outfit while talking to someone over an ear piece. She mentions she stole the uniform from a woman who is seen tied up and tape gagged on the floor, looking angry, and the person over the earpiece says the woman wasn't a soldier but a kiss-o-gram or singing telegram.

Anyone remember this?
