Madame Masque has had her clothes stolen and been impersonated more times than any other comic book villain. Not an honorable record to hold, but such is how it is.
The following is not exactly a clothes steal so much as it is a "kill and replace," but it's interesting in how complicated it is. Basically, the original Madame Masque created several clones of herself. The first clone masquerades as her for a while, but is then killed by the second clone, who takes over her role for a while. Then the second clone is killed, and eventually the real Madame Masque takes over again. It's all needlessly confusing, but there's something almost parodic about it.
First, from Iron Man #238, the first clone is replaced by the second clone:

... who shows up more visibly in issue #245.

Then this clone is killed and replaced by the real Madame Masque years later, in Iron Man vol. 3 #10 (1998), in a manner mirroring the previous clone attack:
