I know this scene has been brought up in the past, but I don't think it was ever posted on the current board.
Selina Kyle - trapped in prison - knocks out a pair of female security guards. She uses one uniform to disguise herself and gives the other to a fellow prisoner (later revealed to be Harley Quinn).
In the next issue, we see Harley wearing the other guard's uniform.
