Thai drama. A young woman visits a patient in the hospital, seemingly to berate and belittle her. The patient responds by strangling her and stealing her clothes so she can escape the hospital.

I think she did. I'm fairly sure the cop says on his radio (paraphrasing) "She killed her and escaped". I partially understand Thai.
