Sovereign Seven #12 (1996)

This one is slightly more complicated than usual. A female villain named Chimera (who has powers of disguise) attacks a heroine named Network (who has mind-control powers), planning to destroy her and steal her uniform to impersonate her. However, Network turns the tables - she defeats Chimera and mind-controls her, then switches clothes to fool Chimera's boss into thinking the villain was successful.
