I found a high-quality version of this brief but memorable scene involving an unfortunate waitress. (I think it was presented years ago on the 56.com playlist.) Sadly, the sound cuts out partway through.

Finally found another version. Same audio issue as before - I suspect there is no full sound version (though as I recall, the only sound in the scene is the music).
