This Spanish sitcom follows a female genie who often uses her magical powers to disguise herself as other women - sometimes in their clothes.

Dina employs this sort of "clothes stealing" in multiple episodes, though due to her magical means, it's debatable whether she qualifies as a USB.

What happened with women she replace?

No binding or gagging involved in the replacements. Sometimes the women she replaces are transported elsewhere, but usually they just "vanish" (with the implication that Dina will eventually bring them back when she's finished borrowing their roles). The show doesn't explain her magic powers too deeply.
