I'd just like to add my thanks as well. ES has done a fantastic job in creating and populating many of the threads of this board. Having to start again for a third time in such a short time must be sole destroying, but ES has risen to the challenge remarkably well. Reading John's post it would seem that we have a relatively safe hosting environment this time so hopefully all of ES's time and effort won't be wasted.
I think the best way for the members to show their appreciation to ES would be to post more responses. Although a few people take the time to respond, many of us (and I include myself in that number) do not. That must make it seem a quite lonely place to ES and make him wonder if all of his efforts are in vain. I for one intend to do more posting from now on.
