Hi
I'm luminasunset and I discovered your site via a friend
Personally, I love the scenes of uniform theft in films and series. My favourites are the scenes where a man steals a woman's outfit but I like everything.

Oh
well I like it when male steal a woman's uniform
My references are Johnny English Reborn where a terrorist steals a stewardess' uniform. I can also mention Altitude where a terrorist (decidedly) steals the uniform of a stewardess that the heroine will discover in panties and tank top towards the end of the film.
Mmm... I'm going to be a stewardess I think

I'm not a fan of men stealing women's uniforms/clothes.
However, I really do agree with you on the scene from "The Borrower".
It's set up and execution are pretty much perfect. The aftermath shot of the bound, gagged & nude Policewoman is wonderful.
