Uniform Stealing Board

Hey guys, I was wondering a thing. I'm writing a story for the board, and was planning on doing it on Stories by USB Members. But I need to create a subforum under my name, and I have no clue how to do it. Would someone please tell me how to make one?

in a matter of hours I will create a subforum once you post the story in the proper forum

just write the tale and start a topic
