The Department of Internal Security decided to send to two top officials to Stripton to organise a government forces crackdown on the Women's Militia.
The Militia heard of this through its spies, and sent the Taser Girls to meet the new arrivals at their hotel...

As was their usual practise, the Taser Girls first took their prisoners to the abandoned factory for some private time, before handing them over to the Women's Militia.
The hotel receptionists had seen the Taser Girls' faces, so it was decided to bring them in too for indoctrination then recruitment into the Militia.
