Well, while it is nice to know from Watan Network that most of the world can't see this clip, how does that help me see the clip? (Yes this a form of sarcasm after all I just click on Youtube link to know I can't get video )

The onus needs to be on the user not poster to sort this out. It would be impossible for a poster to unlock every region and would probably put people off wanting to share.

All we can do is point out that a link isn't working and try to find an alternative way of viewing e.g. vpn, somebody else posting a link or actually trying to find it ourselves. The latter is the method I use, especially as in most cases the title of the movie/drama has now been revealed by the op.

Ok to take down link but strangely I got no virus warnings or any redirects when I used it. But then again this whole internet thing is a mystery to me. But at least I tried to be helpful.

Oh nd by the way it was a half decent scene as well. So thanks HL3950 for finding scene and esercito for finding a safe link

...speaking of which, due to the language barrier I didn't catch if the victim and the identity stealer are siblings, sisters, twins, what else. Should the clip be moved to the twins section? "clothes switch" don't looks to be the proper place
