Janeway, dressed in futuristic clothing, needs a disguise. Janice Rand enters the room & opportunity knocks.
Tuvok renders Rand unconscious with a Vulcan Nerve Pinch & Janewaye steals Rand's uniform.

I always loved this scene and always imagined it more uncut in my head. I actually watched this episode over and over just for that scene.
