Bloodknot (1995)

The plot of this film involves a female villain masquerading as a military cadet in order to gain the trust of a local family. The steal itself happens offscreen.
The woman meets the real cadet in the bar beginning at 1:40. In the following scene, at 4:30, we see her wearing the woman's uniform.
Much later, at 1:15:15, we see the real cadet, explaining to another character that the villainess threatened her at knifepoint and stole her uniform.
