A dancer is replaced by an imposter. No clothes stolen.
Imposter seen at 12:55. The real dancer is shown tied up at 13:40. She's rescued at 14:40.

A lot of scenes like this in Japanese superhero shows of the 70s. Lots of instances of robots or impostors knocking out or tying up and gagging people to impersonate them, but almost never with any actual cloth stealing.
