When this episode original aired the picture was a little bit lighter and little bit clearer, but not by much. I believe agent Drake was wearing a brown pantsuit and the terrorist chic wore a dark wine (burgundy?) pantsuit. In the clip the only way to tell terrorist chic stole agent's outfit is that the agent was wearing a white blouse.

The way she was looking nervously up at Jack searching the upstairs makes me think she stashed the dead woman's up there.

I wish they had provided some contrast in how the actresses were dressed. Say, have the FBI agent wearing a black SWAT outfit and the terrorist chic a tactical homeboy outfit (dark hoodie, dark pants) or something.
