Uniform Stealing Board

The main Heroine escapes a hospital by injecting a nurse with a knock out drug then stealing her uniform, no stripping and no aftermath I'm afraid. Although personally I wish the heroine stole the uniform from the guard outside her door instead as I thought she was cuter than the nurse. But that's just my personal opinion. Anyway, scene starts at 42:10

I remember watching that movie and being so disappointing that given the plot that was the only scene of note

I too actually remember watching this movie. Years ago, it premiered or The Sci-Fi Channel.
I remember being so damn disappointed when I saw this scene.
I chalked it up the just another missed opportunity. (Like always)
