Massive blink and you'll miss it scene, I found this on the mugged for disguise page, in this scene two female villains Calaveras and Petz take down two female shop clerks and steal their cloths, the mugging isn't shown but we see the two female clerks webbed naked against a wall at the 8:40 mark with the two villains wearing their clothes straight afterwards. If you want you can go back to the 7:30 to see the two female villains original outfits.
