Basically, the woman invites a former girlfriend, but only to steal her identity the time to empty her bank account. She mentions in her dialogue that she and her accomplice (her father according to the wiki) will also cut the skin of the woman's thumb to use her fingerprints. Criminal Minds can be gross at times... Though this specific woman is rather lucky compared to other victims: according to the wiki of the episode, she's rescued in time.
