Think the word doppelganger was invented for the tv show Counterpart!

In this clip I made the young woman is being watched by her doppelganger who plans to replace her. Cameras are hidden in her apartment to observe how she behaves and the doppelganger even practices having sex in the same way as her victim. When the time comes she replaces her in a brutal fashion and assimilates into her stolen life. Note she meets another doppleganger young mom at the end of the clip!

Also, is this series on Amazon Prime?

I think they have the same dna and are from a parallel earth.

Think the tv show was on Starz. It started well but seemed to run out of steam and was cancelled. That was a shame because it had a great look to it....think it was filmed in Germany.
