Very quick scene. Kelly handgag and pulls a mob girl down and steals part of her outfit. I find it funny she did it right in front of everyone and even though the lady behind clearly notices, nothing happens.

Kelly Bundy was such a big part of my teens. She was so friggin' hot. Basically she and that show "Werewolf" were the only two reasons to tune in to Fox back when Fox first got it's start.
