I'm not sure who the character is, but an unknown, Female Cobra Agent, strips, steals and wears the clothes of Cindy, a woman the works a some club.
The Cobra Agent in disguise wearing Cindy's clothes...
Later, the Cobra Agent reporting in to DR. Mindbender, while Cindy's in the background, bound, gagged and it seems she's naked.
