I found this pretty cool uniform stealing/replacement video from Starbound Media.
Its called "The Spy With My Face".

Star is a high ranking military official preparing to deliver some top secret defense documents. Her doorbell rings unexpectedly - she is shocked to see her own face looking back at her when she answers the door (body & voice by Savannah Costello). The intruder forces her to strip. The spy then gags her, ties her up with zip ties, and takes her uniform. Star struggles against the ties in her lingerie & stockings, eyeing the phone while the spy puts on the pilfered uniform.
It's 11 minutes long and costs $11.99.
I've seen it and enjoyed it. I highly recommend it because it's a total Uniform stealing scene. The stripping, the imposter redressing in the stolen uniform, the victim bound in her underwear, it's all shown. It's pretty tastefully done as well. If you're expecting lots of nudity though, well...you'll be disappointed.
