TP, great find! I don't know how you found this scene, the show's been off the air for years.
Passions was a really underrated Soap. For a Soap, it had a pretty good production and that Witch was cool.
It would have been interesting to see how those girls managed to get the three waitress' out of their uniforms.
I like what the ring leader says, "We'll give you all of our tips!" Pretty hilarious! Like the underwear clad Waitress' are actually worrying about the tips when their locked in a closet and just been mugged of their clothes.
