looks like various newbie Officer Jennys bit more than what they can chew.
Team Galactic's top (female) grunt and admins decide taking over those pesky police officers will give their team enough time to do whatever they please, so they quickly overpower the lovely cops, steal their uniforms, and tie them up. When they get loose, they'll pay...but the issue know is to get loose first.
While I like the way each damsel and captor came out, the execution was a bit flawed. The floor and Background are an eye-sore to me, but considering this was a bit of a test, it's rather meh. I will say one thing, each admin is rather well drawn, and probably the highlight of the piece.
