according to a comment, it's from a Brasilian movie titled "O Cavaleiro Didi e a Princesa Lili (2006) "(The Knight Didi and the Princess Lili).

So I found the title - this is from a miniseries called Deu a Louca no Tempo (2009).
The female time traveler (played by Luiza Valdetaro) disguises herself as the maid in order to infiltrate a palace.
Don't have the full episode, but hopefully this helps.
