I think the inference is that she was knocked out and uniform stolen....the shoes look the same.

I tried looking for again last week and no.
Fun fact: The stripped nurse is the same actress who pretends to kill James Bond at the start of You Only Live Twice. It's the Hong Kong opening scene with the spring up bed. In later life she was one of the card players in Casino Royale.
I would have loved to have seen her sedated in her undies, no doubt lying on top of her nursing quarters bed.

Wow! Thanks for the James Bond trivia. That's really interesting. I've been dying to watch "The World Is Not Enough" again.
I'd love to see the cute, Japanese nurse, drugged in her underwear, too.
Growing up, in the late 70's, I watched a lot of Japanese shows when I came hope from kindergarten, like Ultraman, Space giants and I still have Godzilla marathons a few times a year. All these programs were full of cute Japanese chicks.
I really want to see this "Invasion" flick. Not just for the Uniform stealing, but I just love old, cheesy Sci-Fi movies.
I guess i'll keep looking.

Is this Movie, Invasion, a British production, starring Japanese actress Yoko Tani? I believe she's the nurse who's replaced. If so, I saw the trailer for it and it looks pretty boring. For anyone who's still interested in seeing this flick, here's the youtube link to the trailer.

Wrong girl. The Japanese actress plays the alien villainess.
