No one knows what happened to Ropeman, all content-disguise was removed from his Deviantart page, did Deviantart really fight against us and our art, so he bans everyone with similar stories?

It’s most likely someone spammed reported his work until it was removed. Most but not all of his uniform stealing content is gone, Federal Agent Replaced is still available.
