Portsmouth Royal Navy Dockyard 1990 The Annual Navy Days event.
Lieutenants Victoria "Vicky" Peters and Emma Thomas-Cole sat on 2 wooden packing cases watching the 2 imposters putting on their smart form fitting dress uniforms.
