It's an impressively detailed scene. Originally published in the 1950s, although I don't know the exact year.
The story (and many others like it) was published in a series called "Bizarre Comix" - which collected the bondage-heavy works of Ruiz, Eneg, and many others.
There are probably many more clothes/uniform stealing scenes in the series, but unfortunately, most of the stories are very difficult to find.

Yes, it's from an adult comic originally published around 1951.
The story takes place in an alternate Roman Empire (where all the soldiers are women). The princess and her handmaidens are captured by a group of female soldiers and taken prisoner. They later mug some Roman soldiers and steal their uniforms and armor to escape.
I found the first two pages of the story online that show the kidnapping, but the later segments with the USB scene seem to have disappeared.

Yes, a lot of comic book USB scenes have disappeared from the board over the years. And plenty of TV and movie clips too, unfortunately. Many comics sites and YouTube channels seem to have a finite life...
