UPDATE
its actually a scene from the production company North American Pictures.
The title is Chained Heat - Lesbian Slave Desires which also includes an asylum escape /nurse uniform steal scene in the starting sequence .

well i was able to find the actual thing, after looking at what the movie really was, but i could only find it in a "special" site and i'm like 99% certain i have malware or a virus
