but- hey- did nobody notice anything WEIRD in the scene?

at 0:08 the baddie wants the nurse's outfit; at this very moment you can see in the room 1,2,3 and perhaps 4 ( the one on the furniture) nurse' outfits! maybe other White uniforms in the drawers...

Maybe she is secretly a member of the USB...^^

Well I think if she could knock out the nurse before or after she tie and gagged the nurse,the nurse won't make noise anymore,and she won't need to go back to persuade the nurse to be quiet,lose the chance.

It's pretty neat to know how the scene begins and the initial interaction between the Villainess and the Nurse.

Actually she tied the nurse leg.You can see the bandage on the floor when the nurse use her leg knock the door.Maybe the nurse struggle and free her leg.So she need to chloroform the nurse after she tied and gagged the nurse.
