Point of No Return (1993)

So, I'm going out on a limb here, as this scene was presented on the original USB forum, but has since gone dead, I do worry that this might be another scene lost to time, but okay, okay. I'll try and describe it as best as I can.
An American TV series (early 2000's?) of where 2 female agents (one blonde and one black haired) have to replace a visiting Russian female operator at a SPA and assume her identity. The 2 agents are already disguised as "Masseuse's" when the Russian agent arrives with her bodyguards.
During the pedicure, one of the agents injects her with a dose of poison and attempts to cover her mouth (hand gag). Naturally the bodyguards see this and attempt to save her. The other female agents shoots the bodyguards dead as the Russian woman succumbs to her injection.
Next scene shows the blonde agents getting dressed in the Russian woman's clothes, as the other agents dumps the very naked Russian woman in a barrel. We even see her bare legs and bare feet poking out the barrel....
Yes it's a real scene, but it's about 15 years old and I wouldn't even know where to begin.
