yessir, in the very beginning

a male villain steals the uniform of a extra cute Polizistin ( Policewoman)

you know, Germans have these unisex uniforms

so he uses the captured uniform

and he keeps in captivity the almost naked policewoman for the whole duration of the movie

but eventually he lends her a blanket

and PLEASE remember this is one of the movies I prefer the most

The lovely policewoman, looks pretty, all tied up and gagged in her bra and panties.
