Pretty good scene, it features all the stripping and even shows both women in their underwear. Basically a woman lures another woman into a hotel room, where both her and her male accomplice chloroform her. They then strip her down and hide her underwear clad body inside a luggage case, while the other female puts on her clothes and impersonates her.

Good scene. I believe this scene is actually Japanese. It's from a 1962 film called The Black Lizard.

Here's the full movie. Scene is at 14 minutes. The kidnapped woman is recovered at 35:45 (draped in a trenchcoat to protect her modesty).

Found a 1968 remake of The Black Lizard, which features another version of the chloroform/impersonation scene.

Starts at 14:45. Disguise seen (albeit in dim lighting) at 16:20.

As a bonus, there is a later scene where the victim is chloroformed and kidnapped again (although not impersonated this time). She's placed inside a fake couch and smuggled away. That scene is at 41:45.
