Hello Darkness #19 (2026)

This is a horror anthology comic book, and I don't typically expect comedic USB scenes to show up in those. But rather surprisingly, there was one such scene in the newest issue. It's got some "Removing the Rival" flavor to it, but part of a uniform is stolen.
The story revolves around an all-female baseball team called the Furies. The heroine, Cassie, has been reluctantly added to the team as a backbencher, but her team refuses to put her in any games. Wanting to show her skills, she resorts to drastic measures, waylaying one of her teammates to take her place in the lineup. Mugging is not shown, but we do see the aftermath.
