Don't have the full episode, but there are a few clips on YouTube. The scene has a woman stuck in the hospital when a nurse enters her room. They start arguing and get into a fight, and at some point the nurse hits her head on the wall (don't have that clip) and is knocked unconscious. The patient then dons her uniform and escapes.

(The nurse's uniform is pink, not white, but I think it's close enough to the "traditional" white uniform to fit in this section.)
