Nurse is knocked out and relieved of uniform

In the above clip a nurse is knocked out and has her uniform taken. Does anyone know what film it is please? Someone seems to think that it is something called, "Cranker", although I can find no evidence of this. If no one knows, then who is the main actress? She does look familiar and has a British accent.

Yeah, this is unfortunately a very lost film. All we really know about it is that, it's a porn film and it's called "Cranker" and that's all. I don't really like using the term
lost as eventually scenes are found again, but I think this is the one rare cases of it being lost.
Sorry I can't shed anymore details on it.
