Wasteful Ability Alliance – chapter 51

This one is tricky to understand without dialogue, so I'll give a quick rundown:
A guy and girl are walking down the street and the guy recommends that the girl get some new clothes. So the girl wanders into a morgue and comes out wearing some clothes she stole from a dead body. The guy gets angry and criticizes her, telling her she should wear a living person's clothes.
So the girl wanders into another building, we hear the sounds of her beating some poor woman up, and she comes out wearing a new set of clothes. In response, the mugged woman's husband holds the guy at gunpoint and demands that he pay for the stolen clothes (while his trembling wife stands by, wrapped in a blanket).

Surprised that so many uniform stealing scenes in Chinese manhua have flown under the radar for so long, but it's great to stumble across them now.
